• How is PDR (Paintless Dent Repair) done?

     PDR is achieved by using controlled and very precise pushes on the back side of the metal.

• I notice you use a light while pushing the dent. What does this do?

   This is a LED light specially made for the PDR industry, which highlights the area we are working on, because each push needs to be accurate as the tip of a ballpoint pen. The light is used in pictures so we can show the detail of the repaired area to the customers.

• Will my insurance approve PDR

PDR is absolutely approved by all insurance companies. I get referrals from insurance companies all the time.

• How long does it take and how much does it cost to repair my dent?

   There is no set time,or price on Paintless Dent Repair, since all dents are different. The price and time frame depends largely on the size and location of the dent, plus obstructions such as braces and access. Also whether it is steel, high strength steel, or aluminum.
